Sustainability

Our business model is built on sustainability.

We want to reduce our impact on the environment. Naturally, we use recycled paper products, biodegradable plastic bags, we recycle plastic, glass and paper, but we do much more. We apply a lot of sustainable, healthy methods and practices.

Our sustainable highlights include:

– At least 40% of our menu is vegetarian.

– We use minimally processed organic (when possible) ingredients and food products for our menu.

– We used sustainable and energy efficient materials and equipment in the building of our studio.

– We support Certified Organic and Fair Trade ingredients and products whenever possible.

– We purchase Energy star qualified equipment, we use Compact Fluorescent Lighting (CFL) or LED lamps, which consume 75% less energy.

– The green housekeeping policy has focused on eliminating hazardous components of cleaners and reducing packaging.
